Getting Started

This quickstart walks you through the essentials. Most users are up and running in under 10 minutes.

Step 1 — Sign In

Sign in to your account using the email and password you received when your account was created. Make sure to select the correct region (Global or Europe) before signing in.

Step 2 — Set Up Your Profile

Complete your profile so the platform knows your role and preferences. This takes about a minute and helps the system give you the right experience from the start.

Step 3 — Upload Knowledge (Optional)

Add documents to your Knowledge Base. Uploading your manuals, work instructions, and safety codes lets the system surface the right reference material at the right moment during a task — without the worker having to search for it.

Step 4 — Run Your First Guided Task

Follow a guided task from start to finish. Pick a workflow, press Start, and the system will walk you through each step. You can respond by voice, text, or camera — whichever is easiest.
